Account has been banned or suspended (LS-403)

I was playing Overwatch with my account on my brothers ps4, when i came back to my ps4 and opened the game it told me that i was logged in onto another ps4 and have to wait some time (license issues) . i always solved these license issues by activating my ps4 as primary for my acc and deactivating it again (because i bought the game with my account and sharing it with my brother by making his ps4 primary for my acc). Afther that the game opened but gave me a msg on log in “login error .. account has been banned or suspended Error code LS-403” and it doesnt even enter the game . not the common competetive play ban. keep in mind that i was playing normally before that with no warnings .. violations .. leaving games .. till now i didnt receive any mail telling me the reason i got banned . and when i contacted blizzard, the representative told me that bans/suspensions related to consoles are like hidden stuff to them and they cant tell the reason behind them and that the only way is a rep from blizzard work with a rep with sony to find out the problem .. or maybe a gm or admin can unban the account if the blizzard rep’s report or mine was taken into consideration .. anyone had the same issues or sth near ? and better be ps4 users please
